Maine's Prevention Council Network is gathering information to learn more about the Community-Based Spaces where families go for support in the state of Maine.
We are interested in hearing from you about the Community-Based Spaces located in your county!
Please help us learn more about these spaces by answering a few survey questions by November 1, 2024. We also welcome you to share this survey with the families you work with, individuals within a family, providers, and other partners.
